Feeling emo to the max now.

Sitting in my room in Copenhagen, and wondering. Reflecting. Time really does fly doesn't it? It was just 5 months ago that I came here with a heavy heart, not knowing what to expect. Everything was new then, everything was exciting. There were so much to look forward to. So much to expect.

And now, I'm packing my luggage. Taking down things that I slowly put up these past few months. Reminiscing on the days, weeks, months we spent here. It isn't easy to just pack up and go.

Or rather, I really don't want to leave yet.

There is never such a thing as enough, is there?


Had some dreams these past few days. Of me being back in Singapore. And to be honest, I'm dreading it. Dreading to go back to reality, studying like there's no tomorrow, sweating like a dog, and entering the no-day-no-night work life in the Big 4.

It is like a dream to be here. Right here, right now. It feels so.. Surreal. Just like any sweet dreams, you wouldn't want it to end. At least I wouldn't want it to end. Not yet.

Not yet.

But no matter how one tries to fight it, no matter how much I try to procrastinate and pray and hope that time will somehow take a break, it is just a hopeless battle.



I'm officially Emotionally Depressed.

Exam's over! yay! so what's next?


Other than the constant outings recently, which makes me a VERY poor man now, up next is my internship at OCBC Bank, starting next monday!

Will be working all the way till 31st Jan. And then I will be flying off to Denmark around that period of time too.


Cant wait for my trip to Denmark. But there are SO many things to do before that. Shopping for winter clothings, getting all the nitty gritty administration stuffs done, doing my research etc etc.

How I wish all the troubling stuffs can just go away so that I can just enjoy the trip. =(


Oh well, life is not just that simple I suppose.

Was talking to my uni clique this afternoon and somehow, all of us were lamenting on the fact that life really sucks nowadays. =(

It's like, we realised that we are gradually losing the drive/motivation to study, for who knows what reasons. Somehow, we are stoning more and more and having the heck care and procrastinating attitude even though we have tons to do and catch up on.

And worse, we found out that we haven't been going out together or with our own groups of friends. Everyone's just busy. Or rather, busy may be an understatement.

And it doesn't help when my results so far has not been up to my expectations.

Accepted my offer to go Denmark next semester. No turning back now..


Anyway, life sucks nowadays.

I've been going to and fro between school and home non-stop for the past few weeks.


The last time I went out to chill and watch movie and have fun was dated 6th September.

The last time I went out for a sports session was dated somewhere in June.

The last time I had an alcoholic drink was dated... 3000BC

The last time I went out for clubbing session was wayy before the Earth was formed..


I need to destress. I need to go out and find my long lost friends who used to be so close to me. It's quite scary a thought when some are still close to me physically but not so close in another sense.


Happiness. Is it that hard to achieve?

Oh yay finally my blogger is back to normal. Something's wrong with my computer nowadays.. Facebook and blogger keeps giving me problem. =(


Anyway, just wanna mention that I got accepted for INSTEP, an exchange program in NTU.


Will be going to Denmark, Copenhagen Business School next semester!



Yes the place of origin for the Little Mermaid. Haha.


Will be most likely going from mid Jan till end June. Though everything's not settled yet, but once I accept the placing, I will most likely be going.


*Poof!* Gone from Singapore for 6 months.


Hope that it will be GREAT fun though! =D

Quite sick of work le. It's like a never ending process day after day, week after week. And I'm still just doing the bare minimum.

Oh well. Guess I can't complain. Studying is still better than working.


Anyway, this is funny!

Watched Time Traveler's Wife. Rather touching at some parts of the show though it's a waste that they sort of rushed through on the character development parts. Oh well, it's still quite a nice show nonetheless.

Update Update!

School has been HECTIC. And it's only just the 2nd week of school. =(


Anyway, I've recently applied for an exchange program next semester. To Denmark, Copenhagen Business School. IF I'm successful in being chosen for the program, I'll be gone for around.. 5 months+? On one hand, I can't wait to experience life abroad, know more people and just have fun. On the other, 5 months is still quite a long time eh?

Oh well.. Nothing much to update le.

Those were the times. Really.

And as I closed the window, I can't help but realize that those were just past memories. Things have changed. And it is just going to change more. And all we can do is put in the effort on our part and simply, adapt.

When I was young, I used to feel special when it was my birthday. It was a day where I would go around with an imaginary special aura, sort of like having a wind surrounding me as I walked around light-footed and grin ear to ear. Everyone would then come to me and smile and say 'Happy Birthday' and I would smile back and say thanks.

I used to think that it was impossible for anyone to forget their own birthday, since it is THE day where you would expect everyone you know, or almost everyone you know, to remember and send you their best wishes, hoping that your dreams will come true, and you will live happily ever after. It is also THE day where you would receive presents, some of which you have been stretching your neck for, and some of which you would never expect but are happy nonetheless to receive.

After all, this is not only THE day, it is YOUR day.


But as time goes by, as the number of candles on my birthday cake gradually increase, as things change and life isn't as simple as before, I come to realise that some faces come and go. Friends have new friends, new commitments, or even a new life.

But for those faces that stuck, for the ones who remembered, wished and celebrated my birthday, and are still doing so and hopefully will be doing so in the future, I sincerely and honestly appreciate and thank each and every single one of you.

Eh been doing nothing much recently. Staying at home and rottt all the while.

Yep so nothing to update at all. Haha.


Oh well.. In a blink of an eye, or 2, it's already JULY!!!! Which means that there is only a month of holidays left till hectic school starts again!!


Ahhh not ready for school yet. But staying at home and rot isn't any better either.


Aiya really nothing to blog already la. Will blog again when I have the inspiration.

Have been going out recently. Filling up my days with events before I get stuck at home for a long period.
